By submitting, you acknowledge that not every case is accepted; that acceptance is a finding that the case meets our threshold for review, not a finding on the merits; that the criteria for acceptance are not published; and that you will be notified of the outcome of the review in writing.

A filing fee of €95 applies to accepted cases. The fee is paid only after acceptance, never before. If €95 is a barrier, write to us — no case will be refused for inability to pay. See funding for details.
