Funding

How the work is funded.

MediaJudge accepts no money from the companies it documents. Independence is a precondition, not an aspiration. The work is funded through two channels, set out below.

Channel · I

Filing fee.

€95

A filing fee of €95 applies to cases accepted for review. The fee is paid only after acceptance — submission itself is free.

The fee is a contribution to the cost of structured documentation, methodical review, and the preparation of a resolution proposal. It is not a price; it is a contribution to the cost of the work itself.

Donations.

Donations from individuals support the wider work: the cases of those who cannot pay the filing fee, the development of methodology, the maintenance of standards, and the day-to-day operation of the organisation.

Donors do not influence which cases are accepted, how they are reviewed, or how they are resolved. Independence is non-negotiable.

Hardship

If €95 is a barrier, write to us. No case will be refused for inability to pay. The fee can be reduced, deferred, or waived. The decision is made privately and without further inquiry into circumstances.

A short list, in order of importance.

No money from companies we document.

Not directly, not through subsidiaries, not through related entities. This is the foundation of every claim we make about independence.

No success fees.

We take no percentage of damages, no contingency cut, no commercial position in the disputes we handle. We have no financial interest in outcomes.

No advertising.

We do not sell space on this site, and we do not accept sponsored content. The work is supported by the work, not by attention to it.

No directed donations.

Donations are accepted for the work as a whole. We do not accept earmarked funding for specific cases, sectors, or against specific companies.

Independence is a precondition, not an aspiration.
