For Consumers

Submitting a new case.

If you wish to bring a dispute to our attention, please use the case submission form. This is the formal entry point for review and ensures your account reaches us in the structure we work with.

Responding to correspondence.

If you have received correspondence from MediaJudge concerning an open case, please respond through the channel indicated in that correspondence. The case reference must be quoted in full.

For matters unrelated to a specific case — press, partnerships, organisational questions — please write to the address below. We aim to respond within five working days.

Working with journalists.

For press enquiries about MediaJudge as an organisation, or about case material that has entered the public domain, please write to the press address. We do not comment on cases under review.

MediaJudge is operated under Dutch law as a private company. Full registration details will be published once the organisation's website is live and the entity is in active operation.
